Hi, I’m Harriet

I’ve opened new buildings while the paint was still drying, built teams from scratch, dealt with residents, contractors, landlords, regulators, you name it. I’ve improved leasing processes, restructured struggling teams, and brought calm to chaotic operations. 

 

At one point I managed 1000+ residents, 100+ suppliers, 10+ commercial units and a multimillion-pound budget. I didn’t just survive, I made it work better.

 

Now I partner with small businesses, from property and hospitality to start-ups and consultancies, who want to scale without the growing pains. I’m practical, blunt when needed, and focused on results. No jargon. No ego. Just real-world support that gets things moving.
